flottetonne will accept your return if mailed within 14 days of the date it was received for an exchange, store credit, or refund.
Purchases made with a total discount of 50% or higher are only eligible for store credit or exchange.
Purchases made with a total discount of 75% or higher are non-returnable.
Sorry, but we cannot accept returns for beauty products, swimwear, underwear, or custom items.
Merchandise must be unworn and in perfect condition with tags still attached (if applicable).
We cannot refund any shipping or handling fees related to your purchase or return. Please print our RETURN FORM, fill it out and include it in
the package. Please carefully package the item(s) preferably in their original packing materials and mail it via USPS with delivery confirmation (or another
comparable service with tracking). Once your item is received, your return will be processed within 5 business days and you'll hear from us via email then.
